LEGAL INFORMATION AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BASKETBOL.EU

This document governs the terms of use of the digital services provided by Basketbol.eu, the refund policy and the protection of personal data in accordance with Bulgarian and European legislation.

1. TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1. Nature of the service: Basketbol.eu is an independent analytical platform that provides sports-statistical information, mathematical models and forecasts. The platform is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets and does not organize gambling games.

1.2. Age restriction: Use of the platform and subscription to the VIP services is strictly prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.

1.3. Limitation of liability: All analyses and materials are entirely informational and educational in nature. They do not constitute financial or investment advice. Sports betting carries high financial risk. Basketbol.eu is not liable for financial losses incurred as a result of using the provided information.

1.4. Limited capacity: The VIP subscription is technically limited to 69 active users in order to preserve market liquidity.

1.5. Copyright and confidentiality: The user has no right to distribute, resell, copy or publish the provided VIP analyses on other platforms or in groups. Upon detection of a violation, the subscription is terminated immediately and without the right to compensation.

2. REFUND POLICY

2.1. Exception from the right of withdrawal: The service provided by Basketbol.eu constitutes digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium. Pursuant to Art. 57, item 13 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply when performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer.

2.2. Acknowledgment: By paying the subscription fee and receiving access to the first digital analysis (email newsletter), the consumer expressly agrees to the start of performance and loses the right of withdrawal and refund for the current billing month.

2.3. Cancellation: The consumer may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future payments and takes effect after the expiration of the already-paid 30-day period.

2.4. No partial refunds: No amounts are refunded for partially used months or for periods in which the consumer did not open the sent analyses.

3. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

3.1. Controller and collected data: For the purposes of providing the service, Basketbol.eu processes a minimal volume of personal data:

3.2. Purpose of processing: The data is used exclusively and solely for the performance of the contract (providing access to the analyses), technical support and compliance with statutory accounting obligations.

3.3. Sharing with third parties: Personal data is not sold and is not provided to third parties for marketing purposes. The data is processed solely through secure platforms of service providers (e.g. ePay.bg for payments and server infrastructure for sending emails).

3.4. Retention period: Email addresses are stored for the period of the active subscription and up to 12 months after its termination for the purpose of protection against legal claims. Accounting information is stored in accordance with the statutory periods in the Republic of Bulgaria.

3.5. Rights of data subjects: Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the consumer has the right to: access their personal data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing and objection. All requests related to personal data are processed via a written request to the email address: basketbol.eu@gmail.com.
